情绪消费已经成为现象级经济业态,其重要性不言而喻。从消费经济学、社会心理学、符号学等跨学科视角,系统分析情绪消费的核心内涵,揭示其区别于传统消费的“自我价值实现”本质,阐述情绪消费的外在表现,将之分为释放型、逆反型、沉浸型、疗愈型等类别。通过代际比较,分析“Z世代”的碎片化、虚拟化、圈层化消费特征;厘清“Y世代”的理性平衡和自我表达特征;揭示“X世代”的隐性奢华与文化体验特征;研究婴儿潮一代的反向青春与补偿性满足特征。最后,本文从消费符号的圈层区隔、个体化时代的到来、消费从功能需求向精神需求的改变、新技术条件下情感治愈的即时满足等四个维度,挖掘情绪消费兴起的深层动因,为理解当代消费升级与社会价值观变迁提供理论参照。
Abstract:The scale of emotional consumption has made it a phenomenon in the economic landscape,and its importance is self-evident.This paper systematically analyzes the core connotation of emotional consumption from interdisciplinary perspectives such as consumption economics,social psychology,and semiotics,revealing its essence of “self-value realization ” that distinguishes it from traditional consumption. Moreover,it discusses the external manifestations of emotional consumption,categorizing them into types such as releasing,antagonistic,immersive and therapeutic consumption. Through generational comparisons,it examines the fragmented,virtual,and segmented consumption characteristics of Generation Z; the rational balance and self-expression traits of Millennials; the implicit luxury and cultural experience features of Generation X; and the reverse youth and compensatory satisfaction characteristics of the senior baby boomers. Finally,this paper explores the deep-seated motivations for the rise of emotional consumption from four dimensions: class differentiation of consumption symbols,the arrival of the individualization era,the shift of consumption from functional demands to spiritual pursuits,and the instantaneous satisfaction of emotional healing under new technological conditions,providing a theoretical reference for understanding contemporary consumption upgrades and changes in social values.
