我国员工离职影响因素的研究综述

摘要(Abstract):

本文运用元分析方法对有关员工离职影响因素研究的实证文献进行梳理总结,分析了我国学者对该主题的研究现状。离职的影响因素可归纳为个人、组织和外部环境三类。工作满意度、组织承诺、薪酬福利水平、培训晋升以及年龄、组织内任期、教育程度、婚姻状况、性别等人口统计学变量是影响员工离职的重要因素。研究发现工作满意度、组织承诺、婚姻状况与离职倾向的关系产生了最一致的研究结果,工作满意度、组织承诺均与离职倾向显著负相关,未婚者的离职倾向较高。最后,针对研究的不足之处对未来的研究方向提出了展望。
