大学生思政教育中的核心价值观培育与思想认同机制研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。从核心价值观培育的内涵特征和思想认同的理论阐释入手，深入分析了核心价值观培育与思想认同的价值意蕴。研究发现当前存在教育内容未根据学生需求及时调整、教育方式方法不够新、实践体验环节有待进一步深入、评价反馈机制不够完善等问题。通过分析主体认知与情感、教育环境与氛围、社会实践与体验、制度保障与评价等关键影响因素，提出了优化教育内容、创新教育方式、深化实践体验、健全评价机制等有效措施，为提升大学生思政教育实效性提供理论参考和实践指导。

The research on the cultivation of core values and the mechanism of ideological identification in ideological and political education among college students holds significant theoretical and practical importance.Starting from the connotation and characteristics of core values cultivation and the theoretical interpretation of ideological identification,this study deeply analyzes the value connotations of the cultivation of core values and ideological identification. The research finds that there are several existing problems,such as the disconnection between educational content and students' needs,lack of innovation in educational methods,insufficient depth in practical experience,and an incomplete evaluation and feedback mechanism. By analyzing key influencing factors such as the subject's cognition and emotion,educational environment and atmosphere,social practice and experiences,and institutional support and evaluation,this study proposes effective measures,including optimizing educational content,innovating educational methods,deepening practical experiences,and improving the evaluation mechanism,providing theoretical references and practical guidance for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students.
